Employment Specialist Responsibilities:

• Work with associates to match them with roles that suit their skills and experience
• Work to build client relationships and foster business relationships over the phone
• Maintain candidate database
• Set up interviews
• Screen prospective candidates
• Guide associates through the employment process
• Help associates in developing good social skills and work habits
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a successful agency track record
• 3-5 years experience preferred with the potential to lead a team of recruiters
• Strong interpersonal skills
