Home Health Agency seeks organized, efficient and compassionate individual with knowledge of Erie and Niagara Counties.

Goodcare Home Health Services provides personal care that improves clients' activities on daily living. We are currently searching for recruiting coordinator to join our team.

An ideal candidate will have optimistic and outgoing personality, excellent organization and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Full cycle recruitment of Home Health Aides, Scheduling and contacting both aides and clients as well as managed care organizations; aide application review ; aide orientation
• Must have prior experience
• Must be confident, organized, and enthusiastic
• Must have the ability to establish rapport with medical professionals and our clients
• Must have the ability to target candidates though existing database and new leads
• Must be able to work well in an independent environment
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be comfortable with computers, and have ability to learn and operate scheduling and training software systems
• Must be a great problem-solver, be able to work under time-pressure and multi-task while remaining composed
• Must enjoy speaking on the phone, be interested in learning clients unique needs, and show compassion/empathy for the clients and caregivers
• Minimum education required: associate degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
