We have four senior communities in New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury that are rich with thoughtful amenities and support. Our compassionate services also reach seniors living in the broader Twin Cities area through home care, outpatient therapies and wellness programs.

Responsibilities
The Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommended placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external), interviewing, testing and referring applicants for all levels of nursing, dining, environmental services, general, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate / Bachelor’s degree focus in Human Resources, preferred.
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system
- Experience utilizing Indeed, Zip recruiter, LinkedIn etc.
- Experienced with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in working in multi-site organizations, preferred
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational and phone skills
- Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision
