Armstrong Teasdale is seeking a Recruiting Project Manager to join the firm’s Growth Department. This role is responsible for the overall management of candidate progression through the recruiting process at the firm. This individual would work with multiple departments to ensure that the candidate has a successful experience from their initial interview to the onboarding process. The Recruiting Project Manager will work closely with the integration team to ensure accurate documentation, maintain efficient and timely dissemination of information, and enhance the decision-making process. The Recruiting Project Manager will be a vital role for the firm as we continue to grow our headcount and continuously improve the recruiting function.

1. Supports the lateral recruiting team by closely monitoring candidate flow 2. Maintains a strong working relationship across multiple departments within the firm, ensuring a smooth onboarding for all lateral recruiting candidates 3. Works with leaders at the firm to provide timely responses for data and ensures all recruiting reporting remains up to date 4. Develops and implements process improvement plans for streamlined and organized recruiting process flow 5. Works closely with Attorney Recruiters to provide a world class candidate experience 6. Supports the Chief Growth Officer with ad hoc requests

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education: N/A

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: N/A

Required Experience: 2-4 years working in a corporate office setting with experience interacting with multiple departments and driving them towards the same result

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years working in a fast-paced corporate setting with experience leading several projects and initiatives; familiar with ATS and CRM systems; experience with process improvement; strong attention to detail; driven towards results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
