Due to growth across the country, we are hiring a Recruiter to join our team. The Basics

• Source for best candidates using the internet, ATS and other resources.
• Document details, track progress and create tasks for follow in CRM.
• At the direction of the Recruiting Manager, research prospects for specific positions in specific geographic areas.
• Develop and maintain a database of new Prospects for assigned territory.
• Make daily outbound recruiting calls, text messages, emails.
• Conduct research through various systems to gather and track details for each Prospect.
• Coordinate recruiting steps with other CCM Leaders.
• Follow up with Active Recruits.
• Work with Hiring Manager to prepare employment packages and offers.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon office or meeting location.

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 10 pounds. Vision: Close and distance required with ability to see objects in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Speech/Hearing: Frequently interact with management, vendors, coworkers, industry constituents, clients, and the public.
