As a Sourcer in HPs Global Recruiting and Onboarding organization, you will have the opportunity to source for roles in US and LATAM markets, across the company, and at many levels. Working with multiple sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Seekout, Talent Neuron), you will partner directly with hiring managers to understand their goals, identify and screen qualified talent, build talent pipelines and support HP’s worldclass Diversity and Inclusion practices. With a high level of service, you will also build rapport with candidates and support them through their journey. You will be offered the opportunity to learn and develop while contributing to the success of the team.
This role will be Hybrid, offering an opportunity to work onsite in our offices in Houston and remotely as agreed upon with your manager.
What you’ll do:
- Support HPs sourcing and hiring strategy for critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring goals and priorities.
- Identify talent with skills that match the goals of your hiring managers.
- Become masterful at telling the HP story to get candidates engaged.
- Listen well to understand the goals of the candidates you contact and develop.
- Recommend talent that meets the managers hiring goals.
Your Educational Experience:
- A Minimum Vocational/Diploma/ Associate Degree
What you bring to the team:
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in a related field, ideally working as a Recruiter/Sourcer for a staffing agency.
- Exceptional communications skills
- Even better listening skills
- An interest in learning and developing in your career at HP.
- Computer and systems skills
- Experience with research/sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Seekout, Talent Neuron) a plus
