Position Summary
Primarily responsible for leadership and management of the daily workflow of the assigned region.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support regional leadership in day to day involvement with Revecore specialty units
  • Monitor the Revecore specialty units involvement with the regional clients
  • Advise regional leadership of any workflow or process improvement opportunities both within the region and Revecore specialty units
  • Offer suggestions to assist in areas or opportunity or improvement
  • Collaborate with Revecore specialty units leadership in order to maximize the department’s regional results
  • Direct claims to and coordinate and support Revecore specialty units
  • Lead, supervise, motivate and monitor team members to ensure compliance with Revecore policies, procedures and standards
  • Ensure team successfully achieves Revecore quality, productivity and collection goals
  • Participate in workflow examination or special projects as directed by management
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with Revecore personnel
  • Maintain regular contact with necessary parties regarding claims status including managers and other Revecore personnel
  • Attend department and company meetings
  • Ability to travel, if needed
  • Comply with federal and state laws, company policies and procedures
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational setting, preferably in managed care or hospital patient accounts
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Moderate computer proficiency including working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organization and documentation skills to ensure timely follow-up and accurate record keeping
  • Mathematical skills: ability to calculate rates using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of documents such as contracts, claims, instructions, policies and procedures in written (in English) and diagram form
  • Ability to present written routine correspondence (in English)
  • Ability to present ideas on complex, detailed issues with ease
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Related Professional License/Certification(s) (CPAR, ACPAR, CFD, CHFP, CRCR, State Specific, etc are a plus!)
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required for review and consideration
