We have an immediate need for data driven, highly personable, and passionate Sales Director to lead a sales team at our Metrowest Locations.

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while overseeing operational functions and driving sales and memberships. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership driving daily sales. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and data analysis. As the lead for the sales function, the Sales Director must execute a lead generation / marketing strategies plan to increase sales as well as drive lead conversion %. This leader must pose a high caliber approach to organization and be a self motivator that is hungry to meet and beat goals. This is a salaried position. The Sales Director must be flexible and adaptable to shift hours as needed to make sure that leads are communicated with quickly. The Sales Director is also required to train and manage our sales team on system processes and increase our conversion % rate as a team.

Sales Director Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent leadership and management to create a positive, successful environment for team and potential members.
  • Properly manages and exceeds all KidStrong sales and operational budgets.
  • Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems.
  • Works closely with the Head Coaches of the Centers to ensure that the coaches have proper basic knowledge of closing trials, and day 1 experience.
  • Builds and maintains KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization.
  • Models through self-involvement (leading by example).
  • Trains and mentors sales team for ongoing success and future growth.
  • Communicates with staff for all trials and anything they need to know about the members.
  • In-center assisting lobby 1 week day (4pm-7pm) and 1 weekend day (9am-12pm)
  • Timely response and follow through with all KidStrong corporate & regional director requests.
  • Enforces KidStrong corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes.
  • Provides effective decision-making regarding sales issues.
  • Responsible for on & off site sales events in the community to gain new leads
  • Budgets marketing spend based on conversion percentage
  • Communicates Daily State of Readiness report for all centers

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of management experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous sales experience.
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials through company required vetting.
  • Understanding of all performance metrics (KPI's) and revenue
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, train, manage, complete sales calls, and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Practical work experience using Google products (google docs, drive, sheets, etc)
  • Required to call at least 20 hours per week until all sales tasks are completed on a regular basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
