Summary
Responsible for the delivery of regional sales and PC margin for the assigned direct customers and the entire regional Home and Personal Care business in North America (USA, Canada and Mexico)

Collaborates closely with all organization functions (Marketing, Product Management, R&D, regulatory and other support functions) in order to achieve targets.

Implementation of sales and marketing business plan strategies in regional area of responsibility/country so that product and volume potential can be realized.

Job Description
Achieve agreed financial and commercial objectives for the assigned direct customers as well as the entire Home and Personal Care business in North America (USA, Canada and Mexico).

Participates actively in development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing and sales business plans that increase gross profit and expand market share.

Maintain and develop major customers by providing commercial and technical support and creating customer visit reports and regular sales summaries and market information.

Drive new business opportunities within the team and define actions for their delivery (communicate through SFDC) Accurate forecasting and demand planning for the assigned direct accounts as well as the entire NA HPC business. Maximize the profitability of sales through thorough implementation of selling prices, MOC, MOV and PC2. Optimization cash flow through management payment terms and overdue.

Develops on an on-going basis, market intelligence required to gain competitive information as well as identify new applications for existing products in order to gain a competitive edge. Keeps abreast of new developments within marketplace so that research and development can create profitable products.
Role will report to Florham Park, NJ location.
