Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY: The Dealer Marketing Representative is responsible for managing and marketing an assigned market. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the customers and Keystone Lending Alliance, LLC. (KLA) This team member’s overall responsibility will be to develop dealership and credit union relationships to generate contracts according to KLA’s established credit risk and profitability models.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry.
• Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing and volume objectives.
• Effectively train new dealership partners to submit loan applications that fit our program.
• Follow up on approved applications to capture loans.
• Submit weekly marketing plan and sales visit schedule with department head.
• Maintain weekly dealer visit log of business activity, dealer performance, personnel updates, etc.
• Communicate market trends and collect competitive program information as needed.
• Solicit credit unions to participate as a lender in our program and online car research tool.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, excellence, and integrity.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Thorough understanding of dealership operations and the auto finance industry a plus.
• Understanding of loan contracts.
• Strong interpersonal and people skills.
• Ability to make consistent quality decisions.
• Team building and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and establish objectives.
• Strong marketing and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

The Dealer Marketing Representative will meet the following educational requirements(s): Four year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer Skills: Basic use of Microsoft Office, Familiarity with application processing software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
