You will first need to establish a good clinical protocol together with Dr. Crumpton, discuss what is expected of one another and the goals in order to have a common approach. In addition to clinical skills, the ability to influence is a desired trait we'd love to hear about. Tracking goals is an important aspect of our systems, primarily because they are a measure of our progress and align to our highest value of becoming more. • Maintaining the Goals set in this department
• Maintenance of the hygiene department according the the practice guidelines
• Hand-offs that connect the clinical and administrative departments

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
• Soft Tissue Laser and Sealant Certified (Preferred)
