Compass Health Center provides Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) level care care with a deep commitment to clinical quality and patient/family satisfaction. Compass's goal is to help patients overcome debilitating psychiatric symptoms so they can continue living their best lives.

We're looking for Registered Nurses who will be responsible for monitoring general wellbeing and managing minor health issues of patients on pediatrics wards. A successful candidate will be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, be able to casually converse with patients as well as handle stressful situations and emergencies. The successful candidate will report to the Chief of Pediatrics and will regularly work alongside with the other members of the health care team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a healthcare team to develop and implement care protocols for patients and families.
• Gather and interpret information from patients, other healthcare workers, and medical records.
• Provide emotional, physical, or spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Manage the work flow within a clinic.
• Train other nurses.
• Be organized and maintain cleanliness of the clinic environment.
• Justify decisions with medical evidence.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $51.00 - $57.00 per hour
