HRI Hospital is seeking Full Time and Part Time Registered Nurses (RNs) for Day (7am-3:30pm) and/or Evening shift (3pm-11:30pm).

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Consistently identify patient needs
• Develop effective teaching methods
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions
• Monitor and evaluate the effects of patient medication

Shifts:

Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Evening Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am

Shift Differentials:

Evening Shift: +$1.25/Hour

Night Shift: +$5.00/Hour

Weekend Shift: +$1.50/Hour

• Note: The weekend shift differential is cumulative; Example – a weekend evening shift would equate to a +$2.75 cumulative differential)

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Physical Fitness – Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must comfortable working with patients in acute psychiatric distress
