Essential Functions: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Meet with clients and family members to provide the client with an assessment and develop a plan of care in accordance with client’s needs.
- Supervises Home Health Aides on an as needed basis
- Initiates needed referrals to other disciplines and/or community
- Knowledgeable of current federal, state and agency regulations concerning patient
- Adheres to all Agency, payroll, billing and documentation policies
Non Essential Functions: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Attends all required training, in-services, and staff
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of Spring Hills, LLC
Experience And Education: Registered Nurse (RN)
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current NJ licensure as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR card and Physical/TB free from communicable diseases statement Valid state driver’s license and reliable automobile.
Proof of current automobile insurance.
