* Pay: Negotiable

* Mileage is NOT_ reimbursed by the facility._

* At least 6 months of Acute or Sub-Acute Care RN experience - Required

Duties:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Active RN license/certificate
  • BLS certification from AHA
  • Knowledge of Wound Care, Wound VAC, Tubes, Drains, Infusion
  • Medicare-certified home care experience preferred
