Registered Nurse Case Manager:
Mission Healthcare Services, is currently looking for a Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team.

The Registered Nurse Case Manager plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities.
Compensation: $50/hr and up, DOE
Coverage area: San Bernardino to Banning
Ideal candidate background includes:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
- Current licensure in State, BLS hands-on CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with one to three years of home health care experience.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
