JOB SUMMARY: The Relationship Banker III – Online Branch is responsible for processing service requests associated with new accounts opened online by customers. Examples of service requests are adding beneficiaries to accounts and processing titling changes. They will also review applications that require it and process or reject applications. This will require verbal and email communication with online customers and applicants. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm and one Saturday per month 11:00am – 3:00pm EST.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work within the bank’s core system to input data per customer requests
  • Follow established procedures to review deposit account applications that require manual review to approve or reject
  • Speak with customers needing assistance with their online application or service requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year, accredited institution
  • At least three (3) years banking experience with decision-making authority required
  • At least two (2) years customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
