Options Interstate Resource Center for Independent Living is a non-profit, non-residential Center for Independent Living providing services for people with disabilities and people feeling the effects of aging.

Option's is seeking candidates for one full-time position in East Grand Forks, Devils Lake, Harvey, or Cavalier to assist individuals with disabilities from institutions to the community of their choice in ND, utilizing appropriate community based services.

Candidates must have knowledge of:

• Services utilized by people with disabilities who successfully live on their own
• Qualified individuals with disabilities encouraged to apply.
• A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human service area of study preferred.
• A candidate should have good organizational planning
• Communication and problem solving skills
• Candidates must be able to travel within Options ND service area.
