KeyLogic has an immediate need for a Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator.
The Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator will report directly to the Vice President of Contracts & Business Development Operations. The position will be accountable or a portfolio of U.S. Government contracts and corresponding subcontract agreements.
Position Responsibilities:
Regularly interacts with Executive management
Highly involved in day-to-day preparation of contract and subcontract activities to include contract negotiations and administration in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and best practices to achieve operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction
Identify and mitigate contractual risks; confirm compliance with applicable legal/regulatory requirements, company policies and industry best practices; and ensure company positions are accurately documented and fully reviewed in accordance with company policies
Serves as a proactive team player, works independently, and possesses excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills that are applied to a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
Interacts with a geographically dispersed team and develops highly effective customer relations (both internal and external customers)
Help develop and refine policies, procedures, and processes to facilitate consistent, agile, risk-based approaches to contract management and compliance with contract requirements
Monitor ongoing compliance with the major GWAC’s, ID/IQ contracts and individual task orders.
Assist with ancillary information requests related to contractual and business matters
Participate in special projects as required, and perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of contracts, subcontracts, legal, business management, or related experience (OR) Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in contracts, subcontracts, legal, or business management
Broad experience in managing contracts throughout the acquisition life cycle and a strong understanding and knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition processes and regulations
Experience working as a contracts/subcontracts administrator for a Government contractor
Experience reviewing and approving contractual documents for protection of the company's contractual posture and adherence to company policy
Experience providing advice to various levels of leadership regarding contractual rights, obligations, and interpretation of terms and conditions
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
NCMA Certification (CPCM, CFCM and/or CCCM) preferred
Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint preferred
