SUMMARY

As MCS continues to expand our eDiscovery team, we’ve created a new sales role to cover law firms and corporations on the west coast. This is a remote-based, direct and quota-carrying sales role requiring 3-5 years of software sales experience, preferably to law firms or in-house legal departments. Proven ability to develop a new territory through aggressive cold-calling, networking, social media, etc. is absolutely required. In return, you'll have a green-field opportunity to build your region, grow with the company and enjoy uncapped commissions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Documented 3-5 years successful software/SaaS experience, selling to law firms and/or corporate legal departments
• Proven ability to build new territory through networking and active prospect outreach of all kinds
• Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals – excellent written and verbal communication skills
• While eDiscovery experience is not required, you will need the technical aptitude to learn it and effectively communicate MCS’ value to prospective clients
• Proven ability to exceed quota in a remote role
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Must live in PA, NJ, NY, DC, FL, TX, MD, DE, IL, CA
