Roofing Tech (No experience is required but if you have some that is awesome!)

We are looking for a Roofing Technician to join our Portland, Vancouver, and Olympia based service crew. The ideal candidate will have grit (toughness), determination, willingness to learn and love to interact with customers.

This job will entail cleaning, repairing, and servicing Roofs.

The Position’s daily tasks Include:

Daily (Safe) driving of company vehicle

• Material and Tool Care/Organization

Level 1:

• Roof Cleaning and Maintenance-Gutter Cleaning

Level 2: (After Training)

• Roof Repair

• Light Carpentry

• Attic insulation (blow-in)

-Piece rate- Paid % of job sold amount- $30-80/hr. depending on your effectiveness

Requirements:

• Tough: Outdoor roofing year-round. Wimps need not apply, you can go work for our competitors

• Must be trainable and open to new ideas. This is important.

• Valid Driver's license

-Be able to work in all types of weather- we don't stop!

• Be able to work from heights

• Be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Be able to work full time Mon-Fri

• Insurable driving record

• Must be 18 or over
