Mark Anthony Brands, Inc. is hiring an On-Premise Representative to be responsible for managing all aspects of the Mark Anthony Brands portfolio in the On-Premise channel. The focus of this position is to influence distribution at the account level and increase our visibility and interactions with key consumers at the top influential accounts in priority markets.

As an On-Premise Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Key local bar and restaurant group management
  • Educates bar staff through Mark Anthony Brand's Taste the Difference
  • Activates brands with menu support
  • Coordinates events and sampling opportunities
  • Influences Distributor sales team to achieve 100% distribution
  • Conduct sales meetings with distributor on-premise channel teams
  • Execute with key on-premise distributor sales team and managers
  • Local event and sponsorship activation
  • On-Premise best practice sharing with broader region
  • Liaison with National On-Premise team for local visibility and program execution
  • Identify channel specific trends and create actionable plans for broader region teams

The Field Sales Representative position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Work with teammates on regular basis in the field. Provide best practice sharing and coordinate in market execution/activation drives against key market/account initiatives, new item launches and/or distribution drives.
  • Exhibit a very high sense of urgency, be well organized, possess a great attitude, be a team player and have the ability to build strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Are energized by the opportunity to work for the leading Flavored Malt Beverage company in the US and be committed to investing significant time and energy into their career
  • Keep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate developments

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-6 years’ working experience with 2+ years’ experience working with on-premise accounts in the beverage category
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with distributors/wholesalers
  • Exceptional relationship development skills and demonstrates strong influencing skills.
  • Self motivated, creative & entrepreneurial while having a team-first attitude
  • Fact based selling and ability to establish rapport
  • Strong business acumen
  • Consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic to peers & the wholesaler network
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) – ability to develop and present
