The Research Scientist will perform research, analysis, development, and evaluation of systems, procedures, and data in assigned functional area. Act as a Research Analyst within the AAMC organization.

Specifically:

• Act as technical lead conducting data analysis and providing data visualizations for multiple nationwide surveys.
• Provide analysis and data visualizations for aggregate and local level MCAT validity reports for medical schools, including interactive dashboards with drilldown capability in Tableau.
• Provide analysis and reporting for the Post-MCAT survey, which collects information on MCAT examinees, and when necessary, conduct analysis for research examining how academic preparation and disadvantage influence performance of the MCAT exam in the US and Canada.
• Other AAMC specific research duties as assigned.

It is preferred that this candidate has experience working within AAMC.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MS, 8+ years experience
