- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $18.50 to $25.00+. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Welcome to The Pillars of Grand Rapids, opened in early 2022 in Grand Rapids. Conveniently located near Highways 2, 169, and adjacent to Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital, gives peace of mind with a high standard of medical care nearby. The beautiful scenery of the Mississippi River and the Sylcvan trail head are just a few of these cities perks. Managed by Ebenezer, our community will provide independent senior living, assisted living and memory care. We offer an age-in place model, where our residents choose apartments and services based on their needs.
We are looking for a
Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
This caregiver schedule includes;
- 0 hours per two weeks (casual/on-call)
- Day/Evening/Overnight Shift Hours
- 3 shifts a month; 1 being on the weekend

- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
- Assists with onboarding of new staff
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers
- Ability to work in a team setting and support others
- Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
- CNA certificated if under 18
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
- Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
