Job description

As a Resident Care Associate, you will have the opportunity to provide a variety of personalized care services directly to our residents. You will be responsible for helping them with daily necessities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting in addition to helping them participate in social activities, exercising and other daily self-care routines.

Responsibilities:

• Follow policies and procedures to perform basic tasks.
• Provide resident support, information and assistance as needed to ensure their comfort and well-being, including light housekeeping, changing linens, serving meals, and household management.
• Monitor for changes in resident's physical and mental status.
• Communicate effectively with staff and other departments.

Currently we have the following openings:

Assisted Living

• 1st Shift (5a - 1p) M-F. Starting wage $15/hour with weekly attendance bonus included. On Call system for weekends.
• Day Shift (7a-7p) Weekends. Starting wage $21.50/hour with differentials included. This position is a part of our weekend program.

Memory Care

• 1st Shift (7a-3p, 6a-2p) M-F. Starting wage $17/hour with differentials included. On Call system for weekends.
• 3rd Shift (7p-7a) Weekends. Starting wage $26/hour with differentials included. This position is a part our weekend program.

Pineview Group Home

• Rotating schedule. 32-48 hours weekly. Every 3rd weekend. Starting wage $15/hour with weekly attendance bonus included.

Fawn Valley Group Home

• 1st Shift (7a-3p) M-F. Starting wage $15/hour with weekly attendance bonus include. On Call some weekends.

Retention Bonus after 6 months.

Holiday Bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
