Resource Analyst

OVERVIEW

Caribou Thunder is seeking a Resource Analyst to perform annual and day-to-day resource activities including short-term and mid-term planning, coordination, justification, execution, briefing, and reporting on the portfolio.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a closely related field with a concentration in financial management, financial analysis, quantitative analysis, or social sciences.
• Master’s Degree in quantitative analysis, financial analysis, social sciences, or MBA may substitute for two years of work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage their portfolio during the annual budget cycle.
• Develop and create, manage, and execute a spend plan.
• Respond to data calls, briefings, and other resource related inquiries or needs.
• Creation and validation of senior Department Level Portfolio Briefings.
• Interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, or issues; resolve inconsistencies; assess impact; and implement solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Excel to include Pivot tables and general formulas.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, exemplary customer service skills, and positive engagement with stakeholders.
• Exceptional soft skills with an ability to forge close working relationships with the team.
