We are seeking Respiratory Therapists for immediate job openings.

Shifts: evenings/nights

Responsibilities:

• Administration of positive pressure and aerosol therapy to patients’ instituting and monitoring oxygen therapy on patients;
• Mechanical ventilation, therapeutic aerosol delivery, radial arterial bloo gas procurement, assessment and care plans, oxygen therapy, assisting physicians in instituting and maintaining continuous ventilation;
• Administering cardio-pulmonary resuscitation: perform bedside pulmonary function tests and perform arterial punctures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A.A.S. in Respiratory Therapy with a therapist level NYS license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
• CPR Certification is also required.
• At least one year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital.

All candidates are subject to drug screening and criminal background check and must have verification of legal right to work in the U.S.

Cedar Park Med is offering full-time or part-time placements on either a short-term (contract) or per diem basis. We work with hospitals and long-term care facilities in NY, NJ, and PA. Working with us means you have our whole team working to provide you with early access to the most current facility openings. Becoming our employee gives you the opportunity to choose to work at one or multiple facilities, even if they are not within the same network.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• 3x12
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
