We are looking for an enthusiastic Operation Leader to join our team.

Your Impact:
- Managing and Developing a team of 30+
- Collaborate with the Owner/Operator to create and implement new policies/procedures
- Manage systems and maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety, restaurant safety and customer and team member experience.
- Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
- Reporting directly to the Owner/Operator to discuss the current/future state of the store
The Director is responsible for:
- Opening or closing the store
- Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant in respective role (FOH, BOH or Drive Thru)
- Ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met
- Ensuring compliance and accountability with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability.
- Leading a team of 30-50 team members
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 2+ years of Leadership Experience
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts and people
- Passion for Chick-fil-A values
- Open availability
Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant job at Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
