We are looking for an enthusiastic Operation Leader to join our team.

Your Impact:

• Managing and Developing a team of 30+
• Collaborate with the Owner/Operator to create and implement new policies/procedures
• Manage systems and maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety, restaurant safety and customer and team member experience.
• Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
• Reporting directly to the Owner/Operator to discuss the current/future state of the store

Requirements/Responsibilities

The Director is responsible for:

• Opening or closing the store
• Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant in respective role (FOH, BOH or Drive Thru)
• Ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met
• Ensuring compliance and accountability with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability.
• Leading a team of 30-50 team members

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and time management in addition to:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 2+ years of Leadership Experience
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts and people
• Passion for Chick-fil-A values
• Open availability

Director role is a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits.

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant job at Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
