Restaurant Manager

Shorehaven, located on the shores of Lac La Belle, has earned an excellent reputation for serving seniors. Our beautiful campus includes independent living apartments with a beautiful lake-view restaurant and lounge, and a Center for Life Enrichment with Café, which serves our campus residents and the community.

This new Restaurant Manager position invites you to utilize your experience to optimize restaurant and café venues and identify opportunities to build business.

Restaurant Manager responsibilities will include managing staff, reviewing and recommending policies and procedures to assure efficient operations and high quality, and building business including special events.

You will troubleshoot problems and assure the highest level of customer service.

This opportunity offers an excellent schedule with no late night hours required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ restaurant experience including strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and preparation techniques, food safety and restaurant inventory practices; prior supervisory experience; and strong business acumen. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to analyze and report on operational metrics. We are seeking a skilled people manager who can defuse challenging situations, and who is a team player who will fill in alongside other staff where needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
