Job description
The Restaurant Operations Supervisor is responsible for achieving optimal guest satisfaction, ensuring a positive working environment, profitability of the property, and attaining all set corporate objectives. The Restaurant Operations Supervisor should run the department in accordance with the procedures and policies as set out by the company and the brand. She/he shall see to the implementation of optimal and attractive products and services required to attract target groups based on marketing plans and budgets.

AND MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience as a restaurant or shift manager
· Knowledge of business practices including but not limited to: operations, sales, accounting
· Ability to analyze and benchmark revenue and expenses
· Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve high standards
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
· Interpersonal communication skills with specific history of resolving complex issues
TO EXECUTE THESE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop, initiate, and monitor operating plans
· Develop and implement costs saving measures
· Optimize inventory control and proper product rotation
· Forecast budget data and staffing levels
· Maintain proper cash control procedures and accounting records
· Ensure quality of operations to include quality of food, food safety, acceptable ticket times and exceptional guest services.
· Prepare relevant financial and operating reports
· Manage guest complaints and resolve issues
· Recruit, train, and retain quality kitchen and service members
