Molyneaux Home is Pittsburgh's #1 brand in flooring for 4 family generations and has expanded services beyond flooring to include Custom Cabinet Restyling (TM), Cabinet Painting, Countertops, and Interior Painting! We are looking to add a Showroom Sales Assistant to join our growing team as we continue expanding into beautifying kitchens and homes.

We are in search of a Showroom Sales Assistant to add to our Cranberry Township location who also has the flexibility to assist in our McKnight Road, and possibly our Robinson Township locations, when necessary.

This role will create business through both in-bound and out-bound connections. The Showroom Sales Assistant will work with customers in-store with the goal of setting in-home appointments for our Design Consultants. Our Showroom Sales Assistant will also be expected to maintain the showroom appearance. Molyneaux Home has one of the lowest employee turnover rates in our industry thanks to our culture, core values, coaching, and training.

The Showroom Sales Assistant is a full-time position working in one of our 8 showrooms. This is a Monday-Friday workweek with varying showroom hours but no later than 7pm. The pay is around $42,000/year based on 43 hours/week. Regular bonus opportunities available averaging $8,000-$12,000/year with realistic annual earnings of more than $50,000/year.

Candidate must:

· Have a valid Driver’s License

· Have reliable personal transportation

· Have an eye for design, color and making the world more beautiful

· Have relationship and rapport building skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Have ability to manage time amid a fast-paced work environment

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and solution motivated

· Be open to working until 7 PM some weekdays with Saturdays and Sundays off

· Pass background check

· Pass random drug testing
