The Restaurant Supervisor has the culinary talent and ability to lead the team in ensuring a smooth operation from kitchen to guest.

**Must be available to work afternoons and nights**

What you will be doing

Responsible for assisting in kitchen operations | Supervise the culinary team to ensure consistent and high quality food production as well as merchandising and promoting food & beverage | Lead and develop the team and all food related functions | Ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved

The ideal candidate for this position

Works well under pressure | Organized, flexible, self-motivated and willing to work long hours | Ability to cultivate creativity on a daily basis | Excellent communication skills | Ability to maintain the highest culinary standards | Minimum 3 years experience in the culinary or food and beverage fields; OR, any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
