The Jeweler's Loupe is seeking a dynamic, driven and creative individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork in a sales and marketing role. This new position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers as well as proactively seeking out new business. Our motivated sales professionals help turn our customer's life occasions into celebrations with the beautiful gift of fine jewelry. This sales & marketing associate will also assist with many facets of digital marketing and website management. Our team members are considered family and therefore help one another with the daily business tasks and refreshing customer experience.

Retail Sales & Marketing Associate will possess:

• Prior jewelry experience is highly preferred
• A positive outgoing personality
• Ability to grow & improve customer base through new development tactics
• A desire to exceed our customer's expectations
• Consistent work ethic and willingness to learn, achieve, and progress
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a team-friendly environment
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Create social media marketing campaigns and assist in social media innovation, or interest in learning
• Add items to our website with pictures, details, and descriptions
• Assist with special projects assigned
• You will actively close sales, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment.

Retail Sales & Marketing Associate Requirements: * Sales experience is highly valued

• Computer proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Salary base pay $35,000 per year, plus commission. Previous associate was paid $75,000 in 2022 .

Five day week Monday through Saturday, flexible schedule.
