Now hiring for a Beer Buyer/Shift Lead. Quality candidates must have extensive knowledge on craft beer. Must be able to hold professional relationships with multiple sales reps. This candidate is also required to have the same responsibilities as a normal sales associate.

Responsibilities:

• Purchasing domestic, craft beer
• Receiving, organizing, rotating product in coolers
• Provide prompt, friendly and professional customer service to guests immediately upon entering
• Assist/unload daily delivery loads
• Stocking merchandise daily
• Operate cash register and lottery machine
• Maintain excellent communication and coordination with management
• General store maintenance and cleaning daily

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess good communication skills
• Cash register experience a must
• Must be able to create a fun/exciting line up for our customers
• Assist with unloading/checking in deliveries, stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, etc...
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift and carry up to 40+ lbs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, busy retail setting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (Including days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
