ABOUT THE POSITION

As a retail sales associate for Dry It Center, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction. You will develop relationships with clients, demonstrate knowledge of products, and provide suggestions on retail purchases and rentals. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the business by modeling how to use equipment and selling customers on the importance of our services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

~Greet customers and establish rapport with business clients

~Answer incoming phone calls

~Process payments via a point-of-sale system

~Handle cash and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy

~Maintain accurate records of transactions and sales history

~Utilize principles of sales and marketing to promote products and services.

~Recommend and locate merchandise for customers based on their needs and preferences

~Prepare equipment for purchase or rental

~Demonstrate proper use of merchandise and rental equipment to customers

~Assist in carrying out items for customers if needed

~Answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints

~Work effectively alone and in a team environment with or without direct supervision

~Perform routine inventory and recommend orders for equipment and materials

~Stock shelves and mark prices on items

~Maintain store cleanliness and appearance

~Provide a safe working and shopping environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

~Driver’s License

~Climb a ladder

~Lift at least 50 pounds.

~No felony criminal history

• Idaho Falls, ID 83402: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
