As a retail manager of a craft cannabis dispensary, your primary responsibility would be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, with a strong focus on marketing, inventory control, and scheduling. Your job would include:

Marketing: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the dispensary and its products, including online and offline advertising, social media, and events. You would also be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting them as needed.

Scheduling: Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure that the dispensary is adequately staffed during peak hours and that all employees are trained to provide excellent customer service.
