Purpose: The Returns Specialist is responsible for processing information pertaining to merchandise being returned from Web and Dealer orders and also supports receiving with receiving inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Unpack, stage, and segregate product in designated areas
• Work with customer service and RMA’s to ensure that all product that is received is credited through the correct procedures
• Verify accuracy and count of product on RMA’s
• Report all discrepancies, damages, and other issues
• If product is good and eligible for resale, items must be systematically and physically moved to active pick able locations in the DC
• Responsible for receiving work area cleanliness
• Assist receiving in building containers, receiving blank purchase orders, Soffe production orders, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as part of a team
• Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Previous experience with warehouse management systems that use RF guns to perform transactions
• Able to lift 20-50 lbs. on an unassisted basis
• Background in a distribution center environment preferred
