Description:

• Perform complete RF Design for 1st tier RF carrier
• Search area issuance, candidate assessment, approvals, Macro / Smalls Designs and RF design support for bringing these solutions on-air. Redesign mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR while working with other areas of the network to ensure performance fixes/initiatives are in place
• Hands on experience with ATOLL
• Perform Macro/Small Cell Design/In Building design including antenna selection and placement, utilizing knowledge of C-band, 5G, LTE, CDMA to contribute in network design
• Create CIQs
• Expertise in Fuze. Should be able to create trackers, dashboards etc
• Work on new cell sites, making sure the site is properly integrated into the network and optimized for peak performance
• Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize components for best efficiency and reliability

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
