RMA Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Research and validate returned documentation, assign RMA number for credit items, reduce customer owned stock.
• Must have a understanding if the technical aspect of OCTG inspections and terminology.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure documentation accurate and timely Run and maintain reports such as inventory, RMA aging and various spreadsheets.
• Serve as liaison between customer service and accounting personnel.

RMA Tech Qualifications:

REQUIRED SKILLS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have 2 (+) years experience in inventory control or accounting preferably in the piping industry
• Must have experience with Oracle, Excel and Outlook
• Basic mechanical knowledge of OCTG
• Computer savvy
• Good Telephone skills

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
