Coastal Kids Home Care is a licensed pediatric Home Health agency that meets the unique needs of medically fragile children in the comfort of their homes. Watsonville - 95076 – 7-month-old baby girl with a diagnosis of short gut syndrome requiring TPN via central line 22-23 hours a day, a long with gtube dependence. Nurses responsibilities includes medication administration, gtube feeds and management of TPN which may include trouble shooting the pumps and equipment for the TPN. Central line experience a huge plus!!! Needing: Full time Days and Nights Monday-Friday

Watsonville - 95076 - 3-year-old with diagnosis of Williams syndrome requiring vent, trach and NJ tube dependence. Nurses responsibilities include administering medications, feedings, breathing treatments and managing trach care. Patient is home and a nurse is available to help with training! Needing full evenings and nights M-F.

Watsonville - 95076 - 11-month-old baby girl dependent on oxygen, GJtube and central line for two infusions. Parents are needing help providing care to their sweet baby. Nurses responsibility includes administering medications via GJtube and central line and administering medications. Patient is set to discharge home 5/19/23. Needing Full Time Day and Night shift. Central line experience a huge plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57.00 - $59.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All nurses should be fully vaccinated, will wear masks during shift and have gloves and hand sanitizer and bleach wipes in home for use.
