Our 2 location, busy primary care outpatient clinics with offices in Brandon and Sun City Center is interested in hiring a hands-on Nurse Manager to lead the frontline medical assistant and nursing staff and deliver excellent patient care. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for creating an environment of patient-focused care, defining standards for quality patient care, managing and developing work-based teams for assigned shifts, training new staff and providing leadership to our nursing and medical assistant and clinical support staff teams. The successful candidate will report to the Administrator and assist in administrative and clinical supervision. The Nurse Manager will ensure continual delivery of high quality nursing care, adopt and implement innovative nursing practices to improve our facility, recruit, select and guide nursing, MA, and clinical staff, ensure that nursing, MA, and clinical staff remain in compliance with professional development and regulatory standards, maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment, and will mentor the other nurses, MAs, and clinical staff. This is a hands on position in a busy outpatient medical clinic and requires prior office based (outpatient) and supervisory experience. The position requires some administrative duties but also requires leadership by example including coverage of duties as needed during the day to day operations of the busy medical group.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
