Job Description:

General Healthcare Resources (GHR) has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse for a homecare case management position servicing about 5-8 clients a day. This position will require travel to one of the following zip codes: 19141, 19142, 19143, and 19144.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $46/hour
• Shift: 8am-5pm
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Start & End Dates: ASAP & Ongoing
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, etc. available for as low as $17/week

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in PA
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Preferred: One (1) year of prior homecare experience working as an RN
• Preferred: Experience with Oasis
