Attentive Care is a well established, privately owned and operated home health care company, seeking a Registered Nurse for a supervisory position. This position will manage cases in client homes throughout the Capital Region. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN HOMECARE or PRI IS A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED!!! Qualified candidates will be an RN with at least one year of recent experience. Seeking someone with HHAeXchange experience preferred.

Responsibilities will primarily be to conduct home visits or telehealth visits to our clients for the purposes of assessments, quality control, case management, care plan development, and employee supervision. Occasional On-call shifts required and compensated additionally. Seeking a team player with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, good problem solving skills, and strong written and verbal communications.
