**This position schedule is Wednesday thru Sunday** Off Mondays and Tuesdays

In this position, one gets to help customers outfit their camper with all the cool stuff!!

The ideal candidate for this position will possess one plus years of parts experience. This customer-service oriented individual will be responsible for assisting customers in their walk through with their purchased RV and go over all the cool upgrades available. They will identify necessary parts, and accessories and conduct research for accuracy and availability, placing orders, expediting back orders, shipping/receiving and all other necessary duties involved in the efficient operation of a successful parts department.

Job Responsibilities

• Walk through with customers at time of purchase for RV enhancements
• Provide show through of RV on how all systems and components work
• Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
• Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
• Parts inventory
• Attend weekly department meetings

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; One year of dealership experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

• 1 Year Equivalent Work Experience
• Past Sales and Customer Service Experience
• Auto or RV Industry Experience Preferred
