➢ Job Description

• Answer inbound calls from potential customers and assist in product selection.
• Greet customers in a helpful manner and guide them based on their needs.
• Schedule and follow up with appointments for existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate and schedule shipments (LTL freight and ground) to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Manage new and recurring customer projects/orders and follow-up on expected updates.
• Collaborate with partners, distributors, and installers in order to guide projects to completion.
• Support all company goals and standards by proudly setting the example and coaching best practices with store employees.

➢ Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone sales or customer service experience.

• 1+ years of indoor or outdoor sales experience.

• Basic mathematical skills and essential computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• QuickBooks Online experience is an advantage.

• Ability to build rapport with customers/vendors and display effective interpersonal communication.

• Brings a professional, positive, and collaborative approach to our exciting atmosphere!
