What You'll Do as a Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Family Footwear Center, engaging with customers and providing top-notch service that keeps them coming back for more.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Recommending footwear based on customer needs and preferences
• Measuring customers' feet and helping them find the perfect fit
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions
• Assisting with inventory management, store merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment
• Contributing to sales goals and meeting performance targets
• Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
