Our company is looking for a motivated, organized and friendly Sales Associate to join our sales team. Candidates should have great communication skills, a good understanding of tools & technology, and an ability to multitask effectively. Our Sales Associates are responsible for selling all forms of tools, including computers, power tools, tool storage, hand tools. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide accurate support via phone as needed, as well as communicate with managers regarding product updates and any concerns from customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in making selections.
• Know the merchandise and understand what will complement their work environment.
• Be able to make suggestions on how to improve tool needs or provide a solution to a problem.
• Be able to choose a tool that best fits the customer's needs.
• Be knowledgeable about pricing and promotional discounts.
• Answer questions about merchandise.
• Handle complaints with tact and diplomacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

• Macedon, NY 14502: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
