As an
The Little Gym Sales Associate you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis! You will participate in the operation and success of a fast-paced gym, build relationships with TLG members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base and you will be responsible providing our members with a best in class customer experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the TLG Gym
- Lead TLG Gym previews with prospects
- Establish and maintain an effective membership referral program
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records using established TLG sales systems.
- Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
- Proper onboarding all TLG clients through the use of Forms and Agreements
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
- Accurately follow the daily gym cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
- Attend and participate in all relative TLG training programs
- Participate in TLG sponsored theme weeks and out of gym events
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Essential Skills and Characteristics:
- Best in class customer service skills
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Ability to work and function in an fast paced environment
- Willingness and Flexibility to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
Technological Know How:
- At minimum, basic use MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
Education and/or Experience Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR/AED Certified (preferred)
