TPTS Organization:

The TPTS organization focuses on servicing the client by filing and processing their permits and taxes. Ranging from trip permits, IFTA fuel tax, fleet taxes, vehicle permits, and more.

Customer Service Representative

Sales Process and Tool

  • Process titles, licenses and permits to be issued.
  • Ensure compliance of state and federal laws relating to commercial vehicles tags and titles.
  • Provide counsel applicants on tag and title issues.
  • Learn all aspects of the business and multiple product lines
  • Open and maintain costumer accounts
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information ( Minimum of 100 Calls per day)
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Sell products and services

Sales Support

  • Support sales with prospecting and uncovering new sales opportunities: willing include cold calling, extracting leads from database, scheduling new and follow up appointments, seeking referrals
  • Positively engage customers and expand sales by explaining all products solutions offered by Simplex; mostly over the phone
  • Lead generate for all sales areas and show initiative to ensure leads have been contacted
  • Understand customer needs and objectives

Sales Support Associate Requirements:

Required

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience required.
  • Transportation Agency experience (Plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
