Overview:

We are looking for an individual who is able to grow and maintain a customer base, has a successful record training others, and a strong customer service focus to join our team as SALES MANAGER.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business using innovative techniques along with cold calling
  • Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets
  • Maintain and expand existing commercial business base
  • Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
  • Coach and develop sales & service team using hands on training methods
  • Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams
Requirements:
